faulty triton caselona shower?

My shower (triton caselona 8.5kw) has started to pour water out of a small hole in front of the shower outlet, when turning shower on (there is also water coming out of shower head) any ideas ????

Sounds like the pressure relief device has operated and you need to replace it.
