I have a 2001 Malibu. It is leaking coolant where the hose goes into the engine. Even after the car has been sitting for hours I can look under and see it dripping a little.
It could be that the hose is leaking or that a leak from higher up is dripping down the hose making it appear that the hose is at fault. If it is the hose, change the hose and fit new hose clips at the same time.
