recently, my laptop is having difficulty connecting to the internet. i never had problems before and now it wont connect at all. also, when i do connect any other laptops connected to the internet off our router, they also cannot connect to the internet. any suggestions please? thank you

reboot the router and check the settings.

Check you are actually getting a connection (Find the router's manual and read it)

You may have an ISP problem
