Triton T80z - Power Failure?

I had a Triton T80z Electic Shower fitted. During installation we were allowing the water to flow as per instructions but suddenly the water stopped and the shower turned off. Since this I get a power light on the pull cord but when I press the power switch on the unit nothing happens (no power light). Can anyone advise as to what may be the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thermal cutout won't cause no power.
you will still get water flow as the solenoid is on a different circuit in the shower.

sounds like you have a neutral fault.
check all your neutral connections shower, pullcord.

my guess is that the thermal cut-out on top of the water heating tank has operated. You can check this with a multimeter. If it is open circuit you need a new one.

I hope this helps,
