I think I need to change the Glow-plugs,but don't know where they are situated.Are they easy to change or is this a garage job? Any advice would be appreciated.

They are on the side of the head, like spark plugs... Remember to disconnect the battery first, just in case.
If they are hard to get to, you may need to remove fuel injection pipes etc... Asses the difficulty visually first.
