optima compact has froze?

my ade optima compact has froze.they is power to it as the lights are on.the alarm goes off and tried the codes to reset it then it froze.any ideas

The problem is the back-up battery.
You'll need to isolate the mains power and back up battery. Then re-apply mains power.
Check if the pcb has burned out under the keypad - if so you'll need a new pcb as well as a battery.
