i turn it on and everything lights up but then it says E02on the display window then starts buzzing and nothing happens then

i had a Carl lewis treadmill motc99 which also had eo2 displayed on its window when i opened it up i hoovered it and the speed sensors leed (black leed) was out. So i put it back in and it started working
