over heating?

everything has been done to my 1.8 rover 75 but its still over heating got all air locks out but still get bubbles in exspansion tank have no internal heating could bypassing the matrix solve the over heating problem

check your pressure cap on header tank if not holding pressure causes this problem others are head gasket and water pump gone
