how can i fix midi moto x1 modle?

its starts but takes a while, then when i get it goin its not getting full power at top end its like its holding back when i want to get max speed. i would be greatfull if some1 can help plz

its running weak i would say what type of air filter does it have and is the fuel /oil mix too oily as this will make it do this
