central locking problem?

My central locking is not working on the passenger door only.This door is locked and cannot be opened.Any ideas ? Someone suggested disconnect the battery to reset the electronics but don't have a clue how the battery disconnects as it is held on with clips??

open the rear door should be a rubber tube with wires inside have a play around with that you should hear a click then door will open worked for me
