How can I fix started pulley cord?

The pulley cord on my Briggs & Stratton Yardman 6.5 OHV mower has broken. The cord is not showing. How do I replace this and what parts do I need. There was no owner's manual when I acquired the mower.

Remove the four or so bolts holding the starter/blower housing on, once removed you should be able too grab and pull the rest of the rope out, whilst the pulley is still under spring tention feed a new cord through the hole in the pulley and out through the starter cover eye, do not forget to knot the rope before letting the pulley go.
