Broken Kettle?

I bought a Russell Hobbs kettle on 17th July 2009 from House of Fraser Store in Manchester. The on/off switch has snapped so obviously I can't use it. As it is still under guarantee where can I have it repaired/replaced please?

They may help you - some companies do deal direct with the public - the general case though is that the warranty responsibility is "owned" bythe people you gave your money to - House of Fraser. You may need to be able to show proof of ownership.

When my expensive Magimix kettle failed they sent me a replacement from the factory - very unusual.

Good luck...
