i bought a cheap web cam at a pawn shop and it did not come with a installation cd, it's like a light gold color and all it says on it is PC CAM with a blue streak through the words...it's like a logo...i have no idea how to load it because when i connect it to my laptop it does not plug and play u know?? help please!!
