hi ive been told that my back brakes are locked on my mondeo can anyone tell me if this could be a serious problem thx

hi i dont have alloys,it was only stood for a week and was used weekly its 1996 mondeo lx

if they are locked through being stood a long time if alloys put a block of wood on centre of wheel and hit very hard with a large hammer to free appart from that if other let us know might be a number of other things let us know what year and model and if in useall the time
