Any idea why my Triton Martinique shower has started running cold?

My electric shower is cold until I turn it up to about 8/9 (maximum 10) and then it is warm but the pressure isn't good any ideas what could be wrong?

can be a blown element, failed outlet tco or most common on these is a failed pcb.

you'd have to test with a multi meter.
