My fridge is running constantly. You can feel the cold air coming in through the back of the freezer. It feels cold, but won't even freeze ice cubes. The refridgerator seems even warmer. This is a 13 year old Kenmore 21, 20.6 cu ft. I believe the model number is 203C2180P001. I noticed this a couple days ago when I went for a bowl of ice cream, it was just mush. That's when I noticed that nothing was frozen at all.

Hello,

Check and make sure that both fans are running when the fridge is on. One is in the freezer and one under the fridge. Also, make sure your condenser under the fridge is clear of dust. Good place to start.
