What is fault E10?

Do you know what fault E10 is on Electrolux washer / dryer EWX1440W?
It only comes on and stops the machine on the 2 dry settings.
Just moved in, no manual, too many wet clothes...

most common issue is the dryer water inlet valve is open circuit
