While baking, the door couldn't be open so we turned off the oven and let it cool down and then we could open it. Is there a way to avoid this. We don't know what is going on. It is an older stove we got second hand with no manual. It is a Moffat - Provencal.
I doubt it is self cleaning as there is no such label on the panel. Can you help?
