Adjusting time on Pendant Watch?

I have a Black Karabiner Pendant Watch. Which I bought from Coopers of Stotford,

I recently had the battery replaced by a jeweller, and the watch has reset itself with the correct time, by ‘picking up’ the time signal in the UK, but the hands are set three hours ahead I have tried to follow the procedure written in the instructions but CAN NOT SET THE TIME, so that the Analogue hands are the same as the digital readout.

For example the actual time is say 9:00, but the hands are at 12:00, I do not know still how to reset this, I do not have the tools to take the back off and remove the battery. But unfortunately since the new battery was fitted by a local jeweller, the digital time is correct as set by the local time zone, it is the analogue hands that are three hours ahead (or nine hours behind).

How can I reset the internal memory? I have also tried Resetting zeroing the hands to 12 o'clock as the instructions but only the second hand will reset to 12:00

Can you please advise me on how to set the time so that the Analogue hands are the same as the digital read out, watch set on Lon (London)and the signal shows strength in bars and UK.

Kindest regards,
