I have a shower mixer tap that is leaking from the knob that is pulled up to divert the water from the bath to the shower. It would appear that there is a flat disk at the base of the knob and I would imagine I have to turn this to locate the washer, but it will not budge when i try to turn it.

Any advice gladly welcomed.
