sticky clutch!?

i have a yamaha Dt 175 and the clutch sticks really bad. i don't know if it is the cable or not? it isn't the gears though. but it might be the little arm that the cable pulls? but how do i know for sure? and how should i fix it?

the Clutch plates are stuck together Remove oil take off right side case Remove philup Screws and springs take out clutch plates Then put them back in the same way they came out.that what I had to do after mine sat
