I have a ZANUSSI MODEL zbf 360x BUILT IN OVEN product code 949712292, it is now 2 years old, we have always had a problem with it , because the oven smokes so much it fills the kitchen with smoke every time we cook in it, we regually clean it, and cannot use the grill because again smoke pours out, I should have had it seen to under guarantee, but we did receive a letter from Zanussi saying that certain models of this oven had a simular problem, but not this particular serial number. can anyone give me some help, thank you.

We have this problem too, even grilling a rasher of bacon will fill the kitchen with smoke, so much that your eyes sting...it doesn't matter whether the grill pan is clean or dirty, it does the same thing. It's ridiculous, even with windows and doors open and an extractor fan it still bellows smoke everywhere. I've even had my neighbour come over because he thought the kitchen was on fire! It's a bad design and I'll never buy another zanussi product again, ever! Not only is the grill unusable but the ceramic hob has a mind of its own....it turns itself up and down all the time so hard boiling or very hot frying becomes almost impossible....I want to control the heat myself not the damned cooker! Overall the only thing half decent about this cooker is the bottom oven...it's pretty good...it smokes a little but it's manageable....but the rest of this cooker is utter garbage!

its fat build up on the roof of the oven and sides which is a pain to get too because of the grill element.Common issue with no real fix other than covering all food to stop grease splashing about
