how to replace seat belt stalk?

how do you replace the left hand rear seat belt stalk on a 2001 ford focus 1.8 diesel hatchback, as it seems the bottom of the centre seat belt is attached.

undo the torque bolt ahd you will see they split leaving the seat belt stalk on its own
