black chip inside the key card?

hi just open my card key and i find out 3 of the legs on that chip was off the chipboard so i try to glue it and put presure nothing at all i dont know if that chip is broken because there is wire around it and it one of them is cut off is that making any difference after glue it if anyone have answer could u help me out
