how can I get my Rascel S-889 to go it has been standing for three years the batterys have been reguraly charged every three months and are fully charged but it will not go forwards or backwords
somtimes I hear a click near the motor when I lift the movement levers and sometimes not but nothing
ells hapens the battery meter goes accross full green
please can you advise me how tomake it go

there is a lever you have to take out of gear for charging, move that lever back into gear for riding.
