It seems the plugs are a tapered fit and require removal and lubrication of some kind, maybe copper slip on a regular basis. I have never seen this happen to this extent on any engine, even the old lancia ali heads did not attract this problem! Removal of head and give to an engineering shop to remove plugs. Then refit new plugs with copper slip and do it every 6 months or so.
To attempt an in situ job is asking for piston damage , as you will never know if you have removed all the debris in the cylinder. not worth the risk IMHO.
