Vacuum runs but does not get power to the Power-Mate (carpet) attachment even when switched to "carpet" setting. I checked leads in handle essembly with multi-meter and indicates no power. I checked all wire connections in the canister body (all ok). Could it be the switch in the handle assembly (believe the part is called a PCB)? Do these go bad and cause this type of problem?
