yeah i think under the floor mat too on that bike,pull it up and there will be a black plastic panel with 2 screws in it take it off and it will be under that.

12 volt charger (motorcycle) you can get from anywhere, 3 places it can be, under your seat under the floor where your feet are or behind the ignition panel where your feet are, charge for a minimum of 5hrs preferably
