Alarm sounds after power cut?

I have Accenta 6 we have many very short power cuts when the power returns the alarm sets off both inside and out, this is very new problem has never happend befor, how do I switch the system off?

The panel needs a back up battery putting in it - If there is already one in it, it may be flat. This will sort the problem.
