Miele dishwasher error code F13??????

Hi

Any ideas on what this code means please?? Lost the manual when we moved a few montsh ago!

my manual says F12/13 water inlet restricted. Remedy is to open the stop clock fully - clean the water inlet filter - th e water pressure at intake is lower than 30kPa (0.3 bar) and seek professional advice.
