Hot water?

I have a Ferroli Optima 901 and I am only getting hot water when my heating is on the unit is ten years old

sounds like flowmeter is stuck .but first swop over the htg sensor lead with the hw sensor lead [green]and see if any joy .if not it is the flowmeter.
