Hi

I have a Hotpoint Aqualtis AQ94F91I washing machine and the door seal has come off. I have managed to get the seal out of the machine and have a Thin piece of wire with a small spring attached and a large 12mm (approx) spring band. How do these fit into the seal and then is there a trick to refit the seal?
