why does wind stop my ferroli optima 701 central heating boiler working ?
why does my ferroli optima 701 central heating boiler stop working properly when it is windy? When there is no wind it works perfectly but as soon as the wind gets up it starts coming on and off. The boiler has been serviced in the last 3 months but the problem still persists!!!
id guess with out knowing more info, that the flue is badly positioned so that wind currents are causing a positive pressure around the terminal, leading to a down draft down flue, this is effecting combustion in the boiler.
