How to restart oven by setting the clock?

My oven won't work and was told that I would have to re-set the clock! I don't have a manual and don't know how to do it.

The cooker is the " Delonghi Gss603 ST/ST Professional"

On my oven...

Cycle power off and on again so that clock flashes
Depress & hold in buttons 2 & 3 from left
Set clock using plus & minus buttons (any time will do)
