Whats wrong with my Honda Lead 100 :(?

I have a problem my Honda Lead 100.
When on its stand, the back wheel keeps going even when the accelorator hasn't been touched.
When I actually try and drive it, until 20 mph +, it just judders along like when you try to pull off in 2nd gear in a car.
I have done 7272 miles on it and the problem happened half way through a journey.
Anyone got any ideas?

change clutch roller's aswel.

ok the problem is the centrifugal clutch springs are either broken or stretched, more than likely broken though this means the clutch is engaged when it should be held from engaging by the springs until sufficient revs are achivd to pull away.put some new spring on and it will be ok these are as tough as nails to fit though,to get some cheaper than honda try ve-uk online they will supply you with some good stuff.
