Coolant tank in Nissan Micra 04 reg?

Hi,

My coolant tank in my car seems very low. The temp light doesnt seem to go red or anything but I'm not sure what to put in it and how much.

Can I just put water in it or do I need something specific? Also do I fill the tank? There seems to be no 'Max' line. Thanks
