can any one yell me why the heate is only blowing cold air not bad in the day but ime freexin at nighy ha ha

is coolant fully topped up,probably faulty heater valve,not had much dealings with kangoos but my guess is that the valve is electrically operated,if not cable or linkage fault,have had blocked heater rad before,feel hoses entering rad,should both be warm.
