The tablet in my Hoover Softwave D7610 does not come out?

Can any one tell me why the tablet in my Hoover Softwave D7610 does not come out. I also would like to know if anyone has the instruction manual for it.

Neither does mine.
Bad design I guess. The tablet compartment door is unable to open properly as it strikes thge upper basket.
