Aquatronic 4 shower?

How does the bracket come apart so I can fix a new showerhead holder onto it?

When I switch the shower on. water comes out of what appears to be an overflow aperture on the valve assembly.

remove the caps on the end of the wall mounts and underneath will be the screws.
