AFTER A POWER CUT YESTERDAY THE RKP IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANY INPUT, THE LED'S ARE LIT BUT THAT IS IT.
I'VE CHECKED FUSES, AND TRIED TO RESET THE NONE VOLATILE MEMORY BUT WITH NO SUCCES. THERE IS POWER TO THE MAIN UNIT. CAN YOU HELP.

Have you tried replacing the battery then resetting the non volotile memory? I think that this will probably work. If the panel loses its battery back up then loss of power will cause the fault that you have described.
