How can I fix my Scantronic 9800?

Total power failure - alarm showing Sr - Switchboard reset - what do I do?

Hi Laura, Acorn is right, sometimes you need to help yourself, to resolve these things.
Im still getting about 5 calls a day, with people asking me the same questions over and over again.
If i can help i will

"Sr - Switchboard reset" where on earth did you get that from?
There is no such Scantronic fault code.

Sr = System reset (Total power failure).

If that has happened you need a new battery, I bet it's the original one
