gilera dna water comes out of the barrel?

hi i just fitted a new barrel and piston to my gilera dna but when i put coolent in the bike it leaks from wher the exhaust should tighten to any ideas plz help cheers steve

is this the same one we have been goin on about for a while, if so , it aint done properly, the only physical way you could have water in your cylinder, is if the head gasket either is knackered, not on properly or you have a crack in your cylinder!!!!!!!!
