why wont my 1.7 dti astra start?

I have X reg 1.7 DTI 16valve vauxhall astra that has recently had an engine swap (like for like) turns over on the starter but no diesel is sucked into pump. Had ECU diagnosed and glow plug control circuit was at fault due to broken glow plug. Had EDU tested and repaired and replaced glow plugs and glow plug control unit. Still not got any diesel being sucked into pump. No warning lights on dash apart from a yellow radiator symbol. Please help!!

you need to swap either the pump (injector pump)or there is a chip attached to it programmed to your vehicle if not swapped it is immobilized and needs go to vauxhalls to reprogramme (costly)
