renault clio 1.2 16v, airbag/service light on?

I've had a minor accident with my renault 1.2 16v. I've carried out all mechancial work and it is repaired and running however the airbag in the seat went off. I replaced the seat with a new one. However the airbag light and service light is still on. Do I need to change the ECU???
