Thermostat not working on EOD6330?

How can I check and possibly change the thermostat on my Electrolux fan oven EOD 6330.

the thermostat shoud make the light go OFF when it gets to temp.if it doesn't then it is possibly faulty.thermostat is behind the knob you turn (inside) and then you have to remove the back from the oven and feed the thermostat file down the back in to the oven cavity.do able but needs tools
