Try the following. Turn power on at wall but off on the panel. Press the water temperature up button & the power on button at the same time. Hold both until the end of the four beeps. Let those buttons go and check to see if the light for the spin hold is on. If not on then press the spin up button once to turn it on. Then press power off button to save the setting. Try the machine on a wash cycle to test if ok.
