You need to drop the rear axle. Remove 3 hexagon headed screws to remove the plastic cowling on the underside of the mower near the blade. This will reveal the belt which powers the drive. Take the belt off. Next there is a hexagon headed screw between the inside of the rear wheel into the casing. Remove this screw on both sides (it's a little awkward) - tip: they're easier to remove if the height adjustment is set at max. Next on the drive wheel side you'll notice a spring which, from the inside, hooks through the body of the mower. Lever this spring out the hole in the casing to release. This should drop the rear axle exposing the clutch cable. If struggling you can also flip off the drive wheel yellow plastic cap to reveal a nut to take the wheel off.
