the (main problem) is the spark plug,(centre electrode shorted), also check the spark plug is working
other problem is the air filter. (clean with petrol) and (oil) the foam filter
no fuel in carburetter, carburetter jets could be blocked, (slow running) and or (main jets), do not take carburetter apart if you don't understand how it is assembled. TAKE SPARK PLUG OUT AND CLEAN IT
IF THE SPARK IS BLACK AND GREASY IT WILL SHORT OUT THE CENTRE ELECRODE of the spark plug, and starting will be very difficult
the colour of the centre electrode should be light brown
if it is two stroke, too much oil the spark plug fouls
(((too little oil and engine seizes)))

i hope this is useful to you. remember the plug is the most easiest item to take out clean and replace

Basic tests, does it have a spark, does it have clean fresh fuel in, does the plug get wet after cranking, is the internal components of the engine good.
