My Fake Fire Fan heater which has fake coals and two red light bulbs with a wrought iron casing now longer gives out any heat - where can I get it repaired. I cannot find a name only Watt 3000 and 230/250 and ITT and a list of numbers on a label. I bought it in Harrods some years ago and they can not help me. Its far too heavy to send anywhere.
