Hi, My Zanussi ZWF 1221 Doesn't Drain After A Wash, the water stays in the drum, but if i select to drain after the wash, it drains no problem, im completely stumped lol, any help would b appreciated, thx

select a 40deg cotton program and watch it go through the program and see if at any point the pump buzzes but doesn't drain.could be a weak drain pump but do a test as above and see what happens.also remove the filter at the bottom and shine a torch in to the housing and make sure nothing is floating about in there jamming the drain pump impellor intermittently
